Business Pulse provides evidence-backed calculations and guided answers. Real generative AI remains disabled until provider authorization.

All six Company Mini ERP and six Customer demos connect to the isolated retail API; real pharmacy and delivery services are not connected.
Payments, accounting and compliance
Commercial Integration Lab verifies sample journals and VAT math. A separate unsigned ZATCA XML draft builder is installed; certified signing, clearance, reporting and accounting posting remain unconfigured.
SaaS workspaces and entitlements
Staged tenant isolation, proposed plan quotas, staff roles and onboarding preview are tested. Production billing and public registration are not activated.

Verified merchant accounts, staff roles and MFA
A separate tenant identity foundation has been implemented and unit-tested but is not publicly activated. Requires verified merchant onboarding, user-access policies, MFA and independent security testing.
Payments, settlements, refunds and reconciliation
A real merchant acquiring account, supported payment provider, terminal provisioning and settlement/reversal testing are needed. All current checkouts are simulated and charge no money.
Saudi fiscal compliance and ONE Accounts
Legal entity details, production ZATCA onboarding, fiscal signing, invoice workflows and complete posting/reconciliation to accounting. VAT shown in demos is illustrative, not a submitted tax return.
Verified catalogs, inventory and supplier operations
Real tenant product master, SKU/variant and batch rules, stocktakes, supplier approvals, real warehouses, delivery partners and validated industry workflows are still required.
Live generative AI and advanced virtual try-on
Opt-in server AI gateway exists; activation needs provider credentials, monthly budget, evaluations and guardrails. Face/pose tracked previews are real demonstrations, but measured garment fitting and cosmetic calibration are not verified.
Security, monitoring, disaster recovery and UAT
Daily local backups, SQLite restore verification, stock reconciliation and integrity checks have passed. Before going live, configure encrypted offsite recovery, security assessment, monitoring alerts, load testing and business acceptance.
